VAVA Design: Cultural and Artistic Innovation in Mall Entrance Design
Location: Lee Gardens
Client: Hyan
A Perfect Fusion of Traditional Elements and Modern Design
VAVA Design Studio recently launched a groundbreaking outdoor design project for Hysan Place, skillfully merging modern architectural innovation with rich cultural traditions. The centerpiece of the design is a large art installation suspended beneath a glass dome. This central piece consists of a series of lantern-like decorations in vibrant shades of red and orange, varying in size and resembling inverted droplets or cones. These elements are arranged in a dynamic spherical configuration that not only catches the eye but also imbues the modern space with a strong sense of cultural heritage.
Creating Unique Social and Photo Opportunities
VAVA's designers cleverly utilized the unique characteristics of this semi-outdoor space. The warm tones of the lantern installation contrast sharply with the urban backdrop, sparkling during the day and potentially illuminated at night, creating a warm and enchanting atmosphere. This innovative design transforms the mall entrance into a captivating focal point, drawing visitors to stop and admire it while capturing memorable photos.
Seamless Integration of Commercial and Artistic Elements
Surrounding the central installation, well-known brand logos and colorful advertisements coexist harmoniously, showcasing the perfect blend of commercial interests and artistic expression. This project exemplifies VAVA's pioneering approach in outdoor commercial design. By successfully integrating functionality, aesthetic appeal, and cultural symbolism, they have not only created a mall entrance but also established a unique urban landmark that enhances the shopping experience and enriches the architectural landscape of the city.
VAVA Design Studio's latest project not only redefines the concept of a mall entrance but also sets a new standard for urban commercial spaces that are culturally sensitive and aesthetically appealing. This fusion of art, culture, and commerce creates unforgettable experiences for visitors, making it a must-visit destination for shoppers and architecture enthusiasts alike.
